Description and Scope of Data Processing
We process personal data that we receive from you during the application process and that is necessary for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship.
The personal data includes, in particular:

We process the data you provide exclusively for evaluating and selecting suitable candidates and for contacting you. The processing is carried out to establish an employment relationship as part of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
As a company, we are subject to various legal obligations, i.e., legal requirements (e.g., social security law, occupational safety, tax laws). The purposes of processing include, among other things, identity verification, fulfilling social security and tax-related control, reporting, or documentation obligations, and managing risks within the company. Candidate Registration / Application / Joining the "Talent Network"
We collect your personal data directly from you and from other sources, such as when you apply for a job through a job board, directly via our website, on social media sites like LinkedIn or XING, or when you respond to one of our requests via Jobroom (RAV database). To provide you with our staffing services, we ask you to register as an applicant. During our applicant registration process, we collect your personal data directly from you, through your resume, or additional application documents (such as certificates and diplomas). We may transfer your personal data to our clients in Switzerland. However, this is done only in prior consultation and with your respective consent. Our clients may request additional personal data about you in relation to their job offers and requirements. Your personal data is securely stored in our online applicant database. Special Categories of Personal Data
Information about your health status and/or criminal record will only be processed if relevant to your application (e.g., to assess whether there are reasons not to process your registration as an applicant or your application further) and if the legal requirements are met. This information will only be stored as long as necessary and then deleted.
Clients and Suppliers
If you are already a client or supplier/service provider or a potential client or supplier/service provider, we collect and process data about individuals in your company. We may store the name and business email address and other business contact details of the relevant individuals in our database as contacts for the company. Generally, we process only the name and contact details of the individuals in companies to contact the company in connection with our services or as a recipient of the supplier/service provider’s deliveries/services and, if necessary, to approve timesheets. If a contact person in the company is also registered with us as a candidate, we may process additional personal data to provide recruitment services and other purposes as outlined in this Privacy Policy. The source of the name and contact details of a contact person in the company can be the person themselves, or the relevant information may come from a member of the company’s HR or procurement department, another hiring manager, an existing business contact/contact person, or an applicant we have placed in the company. We may also obtain this information from websites, social media, and other sources. A person who is a contact in a company for us can contact us at any time and request that we no longer send business correspondence to their business email address.
Recipients of the Data
Within the company, those departments that need your data to fulfill contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations and to protect our overriding interests will have access to it (e.g., our HR department). Your data may be passed on to service providers who act as processors for us. These may include external service providers in the following areas:
- Personnel management or candidate management software
- Software for creating candidate dossiers

Subject to the services we have provided, we may continue to retain some of your personal data for legal, compliance, accounting, and tax purposes, as well as other legitimate business purposes. If no statutory retention period is specified, we determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, considering all relevant criteria. In certain circumstances, we anonymize your personal data so that you can no longer be identified. We do this for research or statistical purposes. In this case, we may use this anonymized data indefinitely without notifying you.
